USCG
All captains must hold a valid USCG operator license or a Minnesota Boat Master License. CPR/first aid certification is a plus.

Vessels must be 2010 or newer
Valid boat registration & title
Current marine insurance (we can recommend providers)
Clean, well-maintained condition - we do a quick inspection
Located in the St. Paul / Bloomington / Minneapolis area
Capacity of at least 4 guest
Safety and local knowledge are everything on the water.
Valid USCG operator license (OUPV or higher)
Clean record - no serious maritime violations
CPR / first aid certification (or willing to obtain)
Strong knowledge of waterways
Reliable transportation to launch locations
